mundu SMS empowers enterprises to increase their businesses using the Pull & Push SMS feature. It works as a service provider and helps in promoting and advertising their product(s) by sending SMSes to consumers.

The Pull & Push SMS works on the basis of 'Keyword' as a message identifier. A keyword can be a maximum of eight characters. It can be a 'Project Name', 'Brand Name', 'Offer Name', 'Company Name', etc. mundu SMS offers multiple   keywords to our customers based on their requirement. The enterprises provide the keyword(s) and SMS content to mundu SMS. mundu SMS works as a mediator. It sends the received details to the target audience. The responses from consumers are sent back to the enterprises.

Example - A laptop company, OnMylaps, wants to promote its business through mundu SMS. It can have 'ONMYLAPS' or   'OML' as its keyword. mundu SMS sends SMSes to various consumers with ‘OML’ as the keyword and the content given by   the company. Consumers will receive the message with keyword OML as the source number. Interested consumers can send their responses to ‘OML’ (to 92124-01234). The SMS from the consumer is an opportunity for OnMylaps to increase its sales. mundu SMS provides consumers’ mobile numbers to OnMylaps. The company’s sales person can call the interested consumer for further dealings. Alternatively, OnMylaps can interact with their consumers by using the information they’ve got about the consumer. When a consumer sends ‘OML’ to 9212401234, mundu SMS requests for additional details, like, the consumer’s address, their budget to buy a laptop. This information is forwarded to OnMylaps on a real time basis. OnMylaps uses this information to interact with the consumer.

  Dedicated Long Code Service  

    We offer a dedicated Virtual Mobile Number (Long Code) to our customers. With this, they can have an unlimited set of     keywords at their disposal.

  Sender ID Services  

    We provide Bulk SMS service to our customers and to avail this service we configure their Sender ID. Sender ID is part of     all the sent SMSes from the customer’s account. This eight character Sender ID can be a "Project Name", "Brand-Name",     "Offer-Name", "Company-Name", etc. We offer multiple Sender ID's to our customers based on their requirement.
