1. How do I install mundu SMS on to my device?
On registering for a mundu SMS account with your mobile number, you will receive 2 messages; one with the download URL and the other with your password. Click on the URL to download and install mundu SMS on your device. In case you are already a registered user and would like to use mundu SMS on a different device; visit http://m.mundusms.com from the browser of your mobile phone.
2. How much space does mundu SMS occupy on my device?
It occupies around 1.75 MB after installation.
3. How do I find the version details of mundu SMS installed in my device?
On the main screen, select Menu and click "About mundu SMS". The Version and Build are displayed.
4. Will I be notified when the application uses the Internet?
Yes. Operations like Get balance, Transfer Balance, sending of SMS, Invite Friend and Check for Updates requires Internet and the user is prompted on it.
5. Can I postpone sending a message?
mundu SMS allows to save composed messages as "Drafts" which you can send later.
6. How do I search for a specific SMS?
You can search for a message in the "Conversation" thread with the content of the message.
7. Can I delete a messages in my "Conversation" thread?
In the Conversation thread; long click on particular thread and then select the delete option to delete thread.
8. Can I check my balance within the application?
Besides the Account information in the website, you can check your balance using the "Check SMS Balance" option.
9. How can I check whether an upgrade is available for download?
On the main screen, select Menu → Settings and click "Check for Updates" to check for updates.
10. Can I transfer balance from one mundu SMS account to the other?
"Transfer Balance" allows you to transfer credit from one account to the other. Alternatively, you can login to your account in the website and transfer the balance from "My Account" section. Please note that you cannot transfer free SMSes obtained on registration. You can transfer a minimum of INR 3 and a maximum of INR 750.
