Yes, you can sort sent messages by "Contact name" and view all the messages sent to that particular contact. |
| 8. Can I delete a set of messages in my "Sent SMS" folder? |
In the sent SMS folder, select Menu and click "Mark Item". Mark multiple messages for deletion. You can either choose the 'Delete' option from Menu or use the 'del' key from the keypad to delete the selected items. |

Besides the Account information in the website, you can check your balance using the "Check SMS Balance" option. |
| 10. How can I check whether an upgrade is available for download? |
On the main screen, select Menu and click "Check for Updates" to check for updates. |
| 11. Can I transfer balance from one mundu SMS account to the other? |
"Transfer Balance" allows you to transfer credit from one account to the other. Alternatively, you can login to your account in the website and transfer the balance from “My Account” section. Please note that you cannot transfer free SMSes obtained on registration. You can transfer a minimum of INR 3 and a maximum of INR 750. |
