After downloading the installer file on to your PC, double-click the setup file and follow the instructions to install the file.
From the Windows Start menu, select All Programs → Geodesic → mundu SMS to launch mundu SMS.

| 2. How do I find the version details of mundu SMS installed on my desktop? |
Launch the application and click the drop-down arrow beside “Sign in”. Click "About mundu SMS" for the version and build details.
You can also access this Menu using Alt + O. |
| 3. Does mundu SMS work with a proxy? |
Yes, it does. You can configure the necessary settings under "Settings" .

| 4. Where are the sent messages stored in the application? |
The sent messages are stored in the Logs tab in mundu SMS. Sign-in to access the information.
To save space, you can delete the logs by setting the time in the "Settings" tab. |
| 5. Can I forward a message from my Sent folder to another contact? |
In the Logs tab, select the message you wish to forward; click "Forward". |
| 6. Can I delete a set of messages in my Sent folder? |
In the Logs tab, select the messages you wish to delete, click "Delete". You can use the CTRL key to select multiple messages. |
| 7. Can I check my balance in mundu SMS? |
Log in to mundu SMS; balance is displayed at the right top corner of the SMS tab. |
| 8. How can I check if an upgrade is available for download? |
Launch the application and click on drop-down arrow next to “Sign in” and click "Check for Upgrades". |
| 9. Can I transfer balance from one mundu SMS account to the other? |
"Transfer Balance" allows you to transfer credit from one account to the other. Alternatively, you can login to your account in the website and transfer the balance from “My Account” section. Please note that you cannot transfer free SMSes obtained on registration. You can transfer a minimum of INR 3 and a maximum of INR 750. |
| 10. While sending an SMS, where does mundu SMS take the contacts from? |
The contacts are picked up from MicroSoft Outlook/Windows' address book on your PC. |
| 11. The application starts automatically on my desktop when I log in. How can I change that? |
You can set your preferences from the Settings tab. Click Settings and disable "Automatically launch mundu SMS when I login to Windows". |
