  1. How do I register for a mundu SMS account?
    On logging into the website, the "My Account" section allows you to access all information related to your account.
    For easy access, it is categorized into:
        My SMS: Send SMS using the web interface and schedule SMSes to be sent in future
        SMS Logs / History: Track all monetary information and usage history regarding your SMSesM
        Buy: Recharge your account and Transfer credits to your friend's SMS account
        Manage Account: Edit your profile and manage contacts in this section.

  1. How do I access my account information?
    Log in to the website and go to "My Account". It allows you to access all the information related to your account. For easy access, it has been categorized into:
    My SMS: Send / Schedule SMS using the web interface

    Buy: Recharge your account and transfer credit to your friend's SMS account.

  2. How do I change my password?
    Login to your account on the website. Go to "My Account", click "Change Password" under "Manage Account" category, set your password.

  3. How can I view my balance credit and details of usage?
    First, login to your account on the website. Then, go to "My Account". It has all the details of your account -- purchase history, transfers, and usage history.

  4. I would like to use the desktop version of mundu SMS. Do I have to download the application?
    You can either use the web interface by logging into your mundu SMS account on the website or download the application.

  5. I find mundu SMS very user-friendly and economical. I would like to refer it to a friend. How do I do that?
    We are glad you liked mundu SMS. You can invite a friend to use mundu SMS by using the "Invite friend" option in "My Account". A WAP link for the registration and download will be sent to your friend's mobile number.
