On registering for a mundu SMS account, you will receive an SMS with your password and the download link. Click the URL to download and install mundu SMS. In case you are a registered user and want to use mundu SMS on a different device, visit http://m.mundusms.com from your phone browser. |

It occupies around 350 KB space after installation.

On the main screen, Select Options; then, "About mundu SMS" to view the Version and Build.

Yes, you will be notified. Operations like Check SMS balance, Transfer Balance, sending SMSes, and Check for Updates requires the Internet and you will be prompted about it. |
| 5. Can I postpone sending a message? |
Yes. You can save composed messages as "Drafts" and send them later. |
| 6. How can I delete a message from the "Sent" folder? |
In the Sent folder, select the SMS you want to delete and select Options → Delete. |
| 7. Can I check my balance within the application? |
Besides the Account information in the website, you can check your balance within the application using the "Get Balance" option. |

On the main screen, select Options; then click "Check for Updates". |
| 9. Can I transfer balance from one mundu SMS account another? |
"Transfer Balance" allows you to transfer credit from one account to the other. Alternatively, you can login to your account in the website and transfer the balance from “My Account” section. Please note that you cannot transfer free SMSes obtained on registration. You can transfer a minimum of INR 3 and a maximum of INR 750. |
